I urgently needed a new roof for my 2 storey extension with less than a week's notice. After contacting 10 tradespeople, most had unreasonable quotes (£7k-£10k for 28sqm). I found David by chance, and he responded quickly, visited the site, and acted professionally. He explained the process in clear terms and gave a fair, reasonable quote. I hired him without hesitation. Despite experiencing a personal loss, David stayed in constant communication with me, making sure I was informed. I understood that his situation might cause delays, but the roof was only delayed by 1-2 days. His team was punctual, polite, and professional, completing the job on time with materials delivered as promised. They also handled some unexpected tasks quickly and at a fair price. David Wells and his team replaced the inclined tiled roof to our ground floor kitchen extension and did a superb job removing both the old tiles and the degraded waterproofing with new tiling and an inner membrane lining. They also fitted new guttering and down pipe which had previously been absent, which enhanced the look of the finished project. The team were very professional, friendly, respectful of our property and non-intrusive. Full marks out of ten all-round. In quoting for the work and in subsequent lead up correspondence negotiating the detail of timing and materials for the work, we have nothing but praise for Dave and his directness, clarity and honesty in his dealings with us. Well what can I say. Absolutely amazing jobs. Davey and the lads are top draw. Her early real workers and replaced my very large roof on my conservatory in no time at all. After being done from another roofing company I had lost faith in tradesmen. If only all were as good as these guys the world would be a better place. Prompt visit to assess the roof and competitive quotation submitted the same day. Was able to fit us in between a couple of larger jobs within 2 weeks. The team worked throughout the day cleaning up as best they could as they went. The boards were in a pretty bad way so did not come off in one piece which led to a bit of a mess but the again the lads did their best to clean up. The whole job was done within a couple of days and it looks really good.

Very nice guys in a professional team. They just replaced my dry verge for the entire house. Dave organized the work quickly and well since the very beginning of the quotation. We found Willow Roofing through my builder.com. Dave arrived when he said he would, he provided us with a fully itemised written quote, giving a good price. They were able to do solar panels work, which was important for us. Once we agreed, the job was started within days. Dave organised everything, kept us in the loop at all times, answering queries by email within an hour at the most. Payment was by bank transfer which we found reassuring and professional. I would definitely recommend Dave and would use him again in future. Our problems with our roof occurred in December but because of delays with our insurance company we couldn't get on with the job until January. Once we were able to Dave got the job sorted as soon as he could fit it in. His roofer who did the work was very personable and explained what was required. I've passed his number on to other people who are looking for a roofer.

After I was left with an incomplete and leaking roof to my new extension by a builder out of his depth, Willow Roofing stepped in to help. With my roof in a terrible state I made a decision to look for a new roofer on a Tuesday and by the Sunday of the same week, Dave and team had made my roof watertight and replaced all of the incorrect work. They even managed to source some reclaimed tiles to save me £500 on materials the previous builder never delivered. The work they did was top quality and had no issues during storm Arwen. Will definitely use Willow again when I get around to changing the lats and felt of the original roof sometime next year.
