Every project starts with the owner on your roof — not a salesman, not an estimator, but a roofer with twenty-three years on the tools — assessing the timbers, the felt, the flashings and the detail work that decides whether a roof lasts fifteen years or fifty.
We strip back to the timbers, replace anything the years have taken, and rebuild with a breathable membrane, treated battens and the slate or tile that suits your home and its setting — from natural Welsh slate on a Victorian terrace to pantiles on a coastal semi. Dry verge and dry ridge systems come as standard, so there is no mortar to fail in the first hard frost.
You will know the price before we start, the schedule before we order materials, and you will see progress photographs every day. When we leave, the only evidence we were there is the roof itself.
